The Trustee, the Paying Agent or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes, collections, proceeds, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and may receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent or such other agent.
