Common use of Trustee and Bond Owners to Exercise Rights Clause in Contracts

Trustee and Bond Owners to Exercise Rights. Such rights and remedies as are given to the Authority under this Article VIII have been assigned by the Authority to the Trustee under the Assignment Agreement for the benefit of the Bond Owners, to which assignment the City hereby consents.
