Trustee and Bond Owners to Exercise Rights. Such rights and remedies as are given to the Authority under this Article IX have been assigned by the Authority to the Trustee under the Indenture, to which assignment the City hereby consents. Such rights and remedies shall be exercised by the Trustee and the Owners of the Bonds as provided in the Indenture and herein.
