Payment of Rebatable Amounts. The City agrees to furnish all information to, and cooperate fully with, the Authority, the Trustee and their respective officers, employees, agents and attorneys, in order to assure compliance with the provisions of Section 5.09 of the Indenture. In the event that the Authority shall determine, pursuant to Section 5.09 of the Indenture, that any amounts are due and payable to the United States of America thereunder and that neither the Authority nor the Trustee has on deposit an amount of available moneys (excluding moneys on deposit in the funds and accounts established for the payment of the principal of or interest or redemption premium, if any, on the Bonds) to make such payment, the Authority shall promptly notify the City of such fact. Upon receipt of any such notice, the City shall promptly pay to the United States of America from any source of legally available funds, the amounts determined by the Authority to be due and payable to the United States of America under such Section 5.09.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant.
