Trustee and Others May Hold Securities. Subject to Sections 7.07 and 7.12, the Trustee or any paying agent or Security registrar or any other agent of the Company or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and may otherwise deal with the Company or other obligor on the Securities with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, paying agent, Security registrar or such other agent.
