Common use of Trustee Authorized to Join in Amendments and Supplements; Reliance on Counsel Clause in Contracts

Trustee Authorized to Join in Amendments and Supplements; Reliance on Counsel. The Trustee is authorized to join with the Authority in the execution and delivery of any supplemental indenture or amendment permitted by this Article X and in so doing shall be fully protected by an opinion of Counsel that such supplemental indenture or amendment is so permitted and has been duly authorized by the Authority and that all things necessary to make it a valid and binding agreement have been done.

The Trustee is authorized to join with the Authority Issuer in the execution and delivery of any supplemental indenture or amendment permitted by this Article X XV and in so doing shall be fully protected by an opinion of Counsel addressed to the Trustee that such supplemental indenture or amendment is so permitted and has been duly authorized by the Authority and that all things necessary to make it a valid and binding agreement have been done.

The Trustee is authorized to join with the Authority Parties in the execution and delivery of any supplemental indenture or amendment Supplemental Agreement as permitted by this Article X Part and in so doing shall be fully protected by an opinion Opinion of Counsel that such supplemental indenture or amendment Supplemental Agreement is so permitted and has been duly authorized by the Authority and that all things necessary to make it a valid and binding agreement have been donepermitted.
