Common use of Trustee Capacity - Co-Trustees Clause in Contracts

Trustee Capacity - Co-Trustees. The Trustee may be a bank, trust company or other corporation possessing trust powers under applicable state or federal law or one or more individuals or any combination thereof. When there are two or more Trustees, they may allocate specific responsibilities, obligations or duties among themselves by their written agreement. An executed copy of such written agreement shall be delivered to and retained by the Plan Administrator.
