Trustee Duties and Limitations. The Trustee's duties, unless otherwise agreed to by the Trustee, shall be confined to construing the terms of the Plan and Trust as they relate to the Trustee, receiving funds on behalf of and making payments from the Trust, safeguarding and valuing Trust assets, investing and reinvesting Trust assets in the Investment Funds as directed by the Administrator, Participants or Beneficiaries and those duties as described in this Section 17. The Trustee shall have no duty or authority to ascertain whether Contributions are in compliance with the Plan, to enforce collection or to compute or verify the accuracy or adequacy of any amount to be paid to it by the Employer. The Trustee shall not be liable for the proper application of any part of the Trust with respect to any disbursement made at the direction of the Administrator.
