Trustee Managed Investment Accounts. The Trustee shall have no duty or responsibility to direct the investment and reinvestment of the Trust Fund, any Investment Fund or any investment account unless expressly agreed to in writing between the Trustee and the Client. In the event that the Trustee enters into such an agreement, it shall have the powers and duties of an Investment Manager under this Trust Agreement with regard to such investment account.
