Trustee May Deal with Other Parties. Subject to any restrictions that may otherwise be imposed by Section 406 of ERISA or Section 4975(e) of the Internal Revenue Code, Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may deal with the other parties hereto (other than Transferor) and their respective affiliates, with the same rights as it would have if it were not Trustee.
