Trustee May Own Bonds. The Trustee or any other agent appointed hereunder, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Bonds and may otherwise deal with the District with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee or such other agent.

Trustee May Own Bonds. The Trustee may in good faith buy, sell, ------------ --------------------- own and hold any of the Bonds and may join in any action which any Bondholders may be entitled to take with like effect as if the Trustee were not a party to this Indenture. The Trustee may also engage in or be interested in any financial or other transaction with the Issuer, the Company or any affiliate of the Issuer or the Company, provided that if the Trustee determines that any such relation is in conflict with its duties under this Indenture, it shall eliminate the conflict or resign as Trustee.

The provisions of this Section shall extend to affiliates of the Trustee.
