Common use of Trustee May Own Certificates Clause in Contracts

Trustee May Own Certificates. Subject to any restrictions that may otherwise be imposed by Section 406 of ERISA or Section 4975(e) of the Code, the Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Investor Certificates with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Trustee.
