Trustee May Sell Assets to Meet Fund Obligations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Master Trust Agreement, other than Section 9.1, the Trustee may dispose of any property of the Funds on such terms as the Trustee may in its sole discretion determine for the purpose of paying any obligations imposed on the applicable Funds or for repaying any loan hereby authorized.
