Trustee's Fee. In consideration of the Trustee performing its functions and duties under this Deed, the Trustee shall be entitled to deduct from each Trust a fee in the amount and at the times set out in the corresponding Supplementary Terms Notice.
Trustee's Fee. The Trustee shall be entitled to such compensation as may be agreed upon, from time to time but not less than annually, by the Trustee and the Manager by written agreement (the “Fee Agreement”). Such compensation, as well as all other disbursements made and expenses incurred (including out-of-pocket expenses) by the Trustee in the performance of its duties and obligations hereunder shall be paid by the Trust out of its Trust Property, unless such compensation, disbursements or expenses have been first paid by the Manager pursuant to the Fee Agreement. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon by the Manager, the Trustee shall receive no other compensation for its services as trustee hereunder but nothing herein shall prevent the Trustee from receiving additional compensation in connection with other services that may be performed by the Trustee for the Trust, including services performed for and dealings with the Trust by the Trustee other than in its capacity as trustee of the Trust including, but not limited to, as the Custodian of the Trust Property other than the Silver Bullion and as the Valuation Agent.
Trustee's Fee. For its services hereunder, the Trustee shall receive an annual fee which shall be paid from each Fund or the Manager on behalf of the Fund as described in Section 8.3. The amount and frequency of such payment of this annual fee shall be settled by agreement between the Trustee and Manager from time to time, but not less than annually. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon by the Manager, the Trustee shall receive no other compensation for its services as trustee hereunder but nothing herein shall prevent the Trustee from receiving additional compensation in connection with the services that may be performed by the Trustee, including services performed for and dealings with the Funds by the Trustee other than in capacity of Trustee. The Trustees annual fee and reimbursement for expenses and disbursements shall be charged to and paid out of the Funds unless prior payment is made by the Manager.
Trustee's Fee. The Trustee's fee shall be as set out in Appendix C hereto, constituting an integral part of this Deed.

Trustee's Fee. Without prejudice to the rights for indemnification vested in the Trustee under the Law and/or the Company's obligations under this Deed, and subject to the contents of subsection 8.6 above, the Trustee, its attorney, manager, agent or other person, appointed by the Trustee, pursuant to this Deed, shall be entitled to indemnification out of the funds received by the Trustee for the Bondholders arising from the proceedings instituted by it and/or otherwise pursuant to this Deed, with respect to reasonable obligations assumed by them, with respect to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of implementing the Trust under this Deed or with respect to such acts, which in their opinion were required for such implementation and/or with respect to the exercise of powers and authorizations vested in the Trustee, pursuant to this Deed and with respect to all sorts of legal proceedings, opinions of attorneys and other specialists, negotiations, discussions, expenses, claims and demands in connection with any law and/or matter, made and/or omitted in any manner, with respect to the above, and the Trustee may withhold the funds in its possession and pay out of such funds such amounts as are required for settlement of the indemnification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trustee shall not be entitled to indemnification for such acts performed by it where held in a conclusive judgment that the Trustee acted negligently.
Trustee's Fee. Pursuant to clause 18.2 of the Master Trust Deed, the Trustee is entitled to receive in respect of each monthly Accrual Period on the following Monthly Distribution Date in accordance with the terms of this Deed the fee agreed by the Trustee and CBA prior to the date of this Deed or as may otherwise be agreed by the Manager and the Trustee, provided that each Rating Agency will be given 3 Business Days' prior notice by the Manager of any variation of the Trustee's Fee and the Trustee's Fee will not be varied if such variation would result in a reduction, qualification or withdrawal of any then current credit rating of any Security.
Trustee's Fee. The Company shall pay a fee to the Trustee for its services, in accordance with that specified in the attached Fee Appendix.
Trustee's Fee. The Issuer (or, as applicable, Issuer 2) must pay to the Trustee for its own account an agency fee in the manner agreed in the Fee Letter between the Trustee and the Issuer.
