Trustee Not Deemed to Have Knowledge of Default. Subject to the provisions of Section 1002, the Trustee shall not be deemed to have knowledge or notice of any default or Event of Default unless a Responsible Officer of the Trustee has actual knowledge thereof or unless the Holders of not less than 25% of the Outstanding Debt Securities of any series notify the Trustee in writing thereof.
