Trustee or Paying Agent May Own Certificates. The Trustee or the Paying Agent each in its individual capacity, not as Trustee or the Paying Agent, may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates, and may deal with the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Initial Purchasers and the Underwriters in banking transactions, with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee or Paying Agent.
