TRUSTEE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA. Section 4.1. In order to qualify as a Management Trustee on any Board of Trustee’s hereinafter designated, a Man- agement Trustee must be a signatory employer, full-time non-bargaining unit employee of the signatory contractor, a regular officer of the employer who contributes to the re- spective Trust Fund, or a full-time staff person of a signatory employer association. This language will also cover Articles 5, 6, 7 & 10.
