Trustee to lodge Caveats. If the Trustee does not hold the Mortgage Documents necessary to vest fully and effectively in the Trustee each Seller's legal right, title and interest in and to any Mortgage Loan, the Trustee must, within 5 Business Days after the declaration by the Trustee of a Perfection of Title Event in accordance with clause 24.2, lodge or enter, to the extent of the information available to it, a caveat or similar instrument in respect of the Trustee's interest in the Mortgage Loan.
