TRUSTEE YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE. The Trustee covenants that it is working to modify its computer and other systems used in the performance of its duties as trustee for the Certificates to operate in a manner such that, on and after January 1, 2000, the Trustee can perform its duties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
