Common use of Trustee's Assignment of Purchased Receivables Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Assignment of Purchased Receivables. With respect to all Receivables repurchased by Servicer pursuant to Section 2.4 or Section 10.2, or purchased by Servicer pursuant to Section 3.7 or Section 10.2, Trustee shall assign, without recourse, representation or warranty, to Servicer, all of Trustee’s right, title and interest in and to such Receivables, and all security and documents and all other Trust Property conveyed pursuant to

With respect to all Receivables repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 12.2 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.4 Sections 13.7, 20.2 or Section 10.220A, or purchased by Servicer pursuant to Section 3.7 or Section 10.2, the Trustee shall by a Trustee's Certificate assign, without recourse, representation or warranty, to Servicer, the Depositor or the Servicer (as the case may be) all of the Trustee’s 's right, title and interest in and to such Receivables, and all security interests and documents and all other Trust Property conveyed pursuant torelating thereto.

With respect to all Receivables repurchased by the Seller pursuant to Section 12.2 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.4 13.7 or Section 10.221.2, or purchased by Servicer pursuant to Section 3.7 or Section 10.2, the Trustee shall by a Trustee's Certificate (in the form of Exhibit D-1 or D-2, as applicable) assign, without recourse, representation representation, or warranty, to Servicer, the Seller or the Servicer (as the case may be) all of the Trustee’s 's right, title title, and interest in and to such Receivables, and all security and documents and all other Trust Property conveyed pursuant torelating thereto.
