Customs Duties of a Fiscal Nature The provisions concerning the abolition of customs duties on imports shall also apply to customs duties of a fiscal nature.
Grantee’s Duties The Grantee, who is not a state employee, will perform the duties specified in Attachment A, which is attached and incorporated into this grant agreement.
SUPERVISION DUTIES 1. No teacher shall be required to perform any supervision duties during the school’s regularly scheduled noon intermission or before school in the mornings.
Civic Duties An employee who is late for work as a result of duties as a volunteer fire fighter or licensed ambulance attendant or licensed rescue squad attendant, shall be granted use of annual leave and/or accrued compensatory leave to cover the period of lateness, provided that performance of said duties may be verified by the Employer.
Performance of Duties Each of the Credit Party’s obligations under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents shall be performed by such Credit Party at its sole cost and expense.
General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.
Basic Duties 1. For commercial exchanges covered by this Agreement, the Customs Tariffs of the Parties shall be applied to the classification of goods for imports into them.
Higher Duties 27.1 Where an Employee on any one day performs two or more classes of work to which different rates of pay are applicable, the Employer shall pay to the Employee the higher hourly rate for the entire day if the Employee is required to work in that class of work for more than 2 hours, and if for less than 2 hours during any one day the Employee will be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.

Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.
