Class Counsel Disbursements and Class Counsel Fees shall be reimbursed and paid solely out of the Trust Account after the Effective Date.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Ontario Court has jurisdiction to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements for Ontario and BC Counsel.
