Counsel Fees definition

Counsel Fees means the fees, disbursements and all applicable taxes and interest awarded to Class Counsel as determined and approved by the Court pursuant to s. 39 of CPA;
Counsel Fees means fees charged by Counsel engaged by us to conduct Proceedings in respect of the Claim. Counsel Fees are utilised for the purpose of calculating and seeking recovery of the Counsel's legal fees from the Defendant by way of Recovered Costs;
Counsel Fees means any fees for any barrister instructed by the Firm in connection with the Claim and/or any Proceedings.

  • A Class Counsel Fees Payment of not more than 33.33%, which is currently estimated to be $161,650.50, and a Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment of not more than $10,000.
