Common use of Trustee’s Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Trustee’s Indemnity. Trustee shall be entitled to be indemnified by the Company against all costs, charges, expenses and other liabilities properly incurred by Trustee in the exercise of any power conferred upon him by these presents.

Trustee’s Indemnity. The Trustee shall be entitled to be indemnified by the Company fully against all costs, charges, expenses and other liabilities properly incurred by the Trustee in the exercise of any power conferred upon him by these presents; and the Shareholders hereby covenant with the Trustee to hold harmless and indemnify Trustee from all loss or damage that he may sustain or be put to by reason of anything he may lawfully do in the execution of this Agreement.

Trustee’s Indemnity. The Trustee shall be entitled to be indemnified by out of the Company dividends coming to his hands against all costs, charges, expenses and other liabilities properly incurred by Trustee him in the exercise of any power conferred upon him by these presentsthis Agreement.
