Common use of Trustees Protected Clause in Contracts

Trustees Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 hereof affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture or the Lease, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

Trustees Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee Indenture Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 hereof adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture or the Lease, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

Trustees Protected. If, in the opinion of the ------------------ institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee hereunder, the Indenture Trustee hereunder any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 hereof 8.01 affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution it under this Trust Indenture, the Indenture or Trustee and the Lease, such institution Owner Trustee may in its their discretion decline to execute such document.

If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee Loan Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 hereof affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture or the Lease, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee Loan Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section (ss.) 9.01 hereof adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture Mortgage or the Lease, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

Trustees Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Indenture Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 10.01 hereof adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture or the LeaseIndenture, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Mortgagee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section (S) 9.01 hereof affects any right, duty, immunity immunity, or indemnity with respect to of such institution under this Trust Indenture Mortgage or the Lease, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
