Trustee's Right to Call Meetings of the Beneficiaries. The Trustee may call a meeting of the Beneficiaries for any purpose which the Trustee desires, including discussions of any past or future exercise of its rights or powers under this Agreement, or for other informational purposes. Any vote of the Beneficiaries taken at a meeting called pursuant to this Section 6.02 is not binding on the Trustee.
