Trustee's Right to Incur Expenses. The Trustee is expressly authorized to incur and pay such reasonable expenses and charges at the expense of the Beneficiaries, to employ and pay such agents, attorneys and counsel, and to incur and pay such other charges and expenses at the expense of the Beneficiaries as it may deem necessary and proper for administering this Agreement.
