Trustor and Beneficiary. I. The Principal is the Signatory. II. Beneficiary of the Agreement is the Principal, who shall be entitled to receive all the trust benefits under the Agreement. III. Unless otherwise stipulated in laws/regulations, the Beneficiary shall be approved by the Agent and shall be changed by a means stipulated by the Agent.
