Common use of Trustor May Purchase Certificates Clause in Contracts

Trustor May Purchase Certificates. The Trustor may at any time purchase Certificates in the open market or otherwise. Certificates so purchased by the Trustor may, at the discretion of the Trustor, be held or resold. Certificates beneficially owned by the Trustor will be disregarded for purposes of determining whether the required percentage of the aggregate Voting Rights has given any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver hereunder.
