Common use of TRUTH IN NEGOTIATIONS Clause in Contracts

TRUTH IN NEGOTIATIONS. By execution of this Agreement, the CONSULTANT certifies to truth-in-negotiations and that wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation are accurate, complete and current at the time of contracting. Further, the original contract amount and any additions thereto shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums where the COUNTY determines the contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete or non-current wage rates and other factual unit costs. Such adjustments must be made within one (1) year following the end of the contract.
