Truth of Representations and Warranties of Purchaser. The ---------------------------------------------------- representations and warranties of Purchaser contained in this Agreement or in any certificate or other document delivered or given pursuant to this Agreement (considered individually and collectively), shall have been accurate in all aspects as of the date of this Agreement, and shall be true and correct in all respects as of the Closing Date as though made on such date.
Truth of Representations and Warranties of Purchaser. The representations and warranties of Purchaser contained in Article X of this Agreement and in any ancillary agreement shall be true and complete as of the Closing Date.
