Article X definition

Article X means this Article X which has been incorporated in and made a part of this Indenture pursuant to the First Supplement, together with all amendments of and supplements to this Article X entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.01.
Article X means the article or principal sections of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement that relate to the Depositor’s reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and/or the Securities Act.
Article X means this Article X which has been incorporated in and made a part of this Indenture pursuant to the First Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of October 1, 2010, by and between the Agency and the Trustee, together with all amendments of and supplements to this Article X entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.1.

  • Every instrument appointing any separate trustee or co-trustee shall refer to this Agreement and the conditions of this Article X.

  • General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;
