Article X definition

Article X means this Article X which has been incorporated in and made a part of this Indenture pursuant to the First Supplement, together with all amendments of and supplements to this Article X entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.01.
Article X means the article or principal sections of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement that relate to the Depositor’s reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and/or the Securities Act.
Article X means this Article X which has been incorporated in and made a part of this Indenture pursuant to the First Supplement to Indenture of Trust, dated as of March 1, 2011, by and between the Agency and the Trustee, together with all amendments of and supplements to this Article X entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.01.

  • In any case where an employee has commenced his regular scheduled shift, he shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay except in cases of accident, breakdown, interruption of power, acts of God, or to cases of Call Time as provided in Article X hereof.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties’ indemnification obligations under Article III, the right of first refusal under Article VII and the Call Option under Article X shall survive the termination of this Agreement in accordance with their respective terms.

  • If Xxxxxx becomes aware of a third party claim (a “Third Party Claim”) that Parent reasonably believes may result in a demand for indemnification pursuant to this Article X, Parent shall notify the Stockholder Representative in writing of such claim.
