Article X definition

Article X means this Article X which has been incorporated in and made a part of this Indenture pursuant to the First Supplement, together with all amendments of and supplements to this Article X entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.01.
Article X means the article or principal sections of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement that relate to the Depositor’s reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and/or the Securities Act.
Article X means this Article X which has been incorporated in and made a part of this Indenture pursuant to the First Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of 1, 2020, by and between the Successor Agency and the Trustee, together with all amendments of and supplements to this Article X entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.01.

  • Every instrument appointing any separate trustee or co-trustee shall refer to this Agreement and the conditions of this Article X.

  • Erroneous Payment Subrogation Rights has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.12(d).

  • Surviving Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 10.02.
