Common use of TSR Performance Vesting Requirement Clause in Contracts

TSR Performance Vesting Requirement. [ ] percent ( %) of the Performance Stock Units (the “TSR PSUs”) subject to this Award shall performance vest based upon the satisfaction of a performance vesting requirement based on the Relative Total Shareholder Return (“TSR”) of the Company as compared to the TSR of the Company’s eleven peer companies, as listed on Exhibit B (the “Peer Group”) with respect to Performance Period.
