Turf Replacement Sample Clauses

Turf Replacement a. CONTRACTOR shall remove and replace dead or irreparably damaged turf at its own expense if such death or damage is caused by any source other than major vandalism where the cost of replacement materials exceeds five hundred dollars ($500) before mark-up. b. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for up to five hundred dollars ($500) of materials before mark-up and all labor costs for the repair or replacement of any turf damaged as a result of vandalism. c. CONTRACTOR shall remove damaged turf and replace with sod within two weeks of a major vandalism event.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.
