Common use of Turnover by ICA Group Companies Clause in Contracts

Turnover by ICA Group Companies. If any of the ICA Group Companies receives or recovers any amount which, under the terms of the Documents, should have been paid to a Secured Party or a Subordinated Party, that ICA Group Company will promptly pay that amount to the Security Agent for application in accordance with Clause 14.1 (Order of Application).
