Common use of Turnover of Documents and Records Clause in Contracts

Turnover of Documents and Records. Upon demand of the Board after termination of the Contract for any reason or the expiration of the Contract by its terms, Vendor shall turn over to the Board or its designee within five (5) days of demand, all materials, supplies, equipment owned or purchased by the Board, completed or partially completed work product or analyses, data, computer disks, documents and any other information relating in any way to the Contract or the performance or furnishing of Services, except that Vendor may keep a copy of such information for its own records subject to the terms of the Contract.
