Turnover of Non-Cash Consideration. For the purposes of this Clause 8, if any Creditor receives or recovers any amount or distribution in the form of Non-Cash Consideration which is subject to Clause 8.2 (Turnover by the Creditors) the cash value of that Non-Cash Consideration shall be determined in accordance with Clause 13.2 (Cash value of Non-Cash Recoveries).
Turnover of Non-Cash Consideration. For the purposes of this Clause 10, if the Sponsor receives or recovers any amount or distribution in a form other than cash which is subject to Clause 10.11 (Turnover by the Sponsor) the cash value of that non cash consideration shall be determined by the Security Agent (acting reasonably).
