TV AND SIMULCAST CONTENT PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS. All defined terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given them in the Agreement. Licensee shall employ, and shall use best efforts to cause affiliated systems to employ, methods and procedures in accordance with the content protection requirements contained herein.
