This articulation agreement will be reviewed by both parties beginning mm/dd/yyyy (within six months of the end date). The student will notify the receiving institution of their intent to follow this agreement, and present proof of course completion requirements. Engineering Technology Program Articulation is a collaborative effort of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Centers for Excellence in Engineering and Manufacturing, Minnesota high schools and Project Lead the Way (PLTW) to provide high school students with the academic and industry validated technical education that prepares them for transition into college- or university-related programs. The high school partners to this agreement are certified by Project Lead the Way to deliver engineering, manufacturing and industrial technology courses using PLTW curricula. Students who successfully complete courses in the program will transition smoothly from high school to participating college and university engineering, manufacturing or industrial technology programs and university engineering programs. Guidelines for developing a Career Pathway and Program of Study have been followed. B. UND Dietary Manager Program graduates from 2001 to present, including those who graduate during the term of this Agreement, are eligible to enter the Dietetic Technician AAS degree program under the terms of this agreement.
C. UND Dietary Manager Program graduates must have attained an average of 75% on all examinations required for the Dietary Manager program. UND will verify exam score percentages for applicants to NCTC.
D. Applicants must show completion of the Serv-Safe sanitation or comparable certification either before entering or prior to graduation from the Dietetic Technician AAS program.
E. Applicants must be currently certified as dietary managers by the Association of Foodservice & Nutrition Professionals (formerly known as the Dietary Managers Association).
F. Applicants must score 50% or greater on the TEAS V for Allied Health exam.

B. The University of Wisconsin System Undergraduate Transfer Policy (June 2011) states that students may generally transfer up to 72 credits earned at non-baccalaureate institutions. UW institutions may accept additional credits towards the degree where appropriate. This does not alter policies concerning credits to be earned in residence at an institution. A minimum of 32 credits must be earned from UW-La Crosse to receive a degree from UW-La Crosse.

E. A minimum of 2.75 cumulative GPA on transferable work is required for Education majors.
F. Admission to UW‐Xxxxx does NOT guarantee admission to the professional program in the UW‐Xxxxx School of Education. Students need to have completed and/or met all the following before applying:
1. Completed 40 semester credit hours at an accredited college with a 2.5 GPA (6 credits earned at UW‐Xxxxx)
2. Earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 at UW‐Xxxxx
