Common use of Twelve Month Retirement Accrual Clause in Contracts

Twelve Month Retirement Accrual. Twelve (12) month employees shall be allowed, for the purpose of retirement, to work their final twelve (12) months without vacation in order to be eligible for pay in lieu of vacation. Unused vacation shall be compensable upon termination of employment to a maximum of thirty (30) days.
