TxDOT’s Responsibility for Approvals. TxDOT has provided all of the TxDOT-Provided Approvals. All conditions and requirements, including mitigation requirements contained in the TxDOT-Provided Approvals shall automatically be deemed included in DB Contractor’s scope of the Work.
