Type 2B Interconnection. A Type 2B Interconnection is a trunk-side connection to a CenturyLink End Office that uses either MF or SS7 signaling and supervision. A Type 2B Interconnection only provides access to the valid CenturyLink NXX codes served by that End Office and Remote Switches subtending that End Office and cannot be used to reach EAS points, Operator Services, 911/E911, or to carry 8YY or 900 traffic. This interconnection type typically requires that Carrier establish its own dedicated NXX. In instances where number pooling, 1000 block pooling or less than 1000 block numbering utilization is in effect, less than a full NXX may be provided over this interconnection to the extent that the Parties possess the requisite network architecture to support the interconnection.
Type 2B Interconnection. A Type 2B Interconnection is a trunk-side connection to a CenturyLink End Office that uses SS7 signaling and supervision. A Type 2B Interconnection only provides access to the valid CenturyLink NXX codes served by that End Office and Remote Switches subtending that End Office and cannot be used to reach other End Offices, 911/E911, or to carry 8YY or 900 traffic. This Interconnection type typically requires that Carrier establish its own dedicated NXX. In instances where number pooling or 1000 block pooling is in effect, less than a full NXX may be provided over this Interconnection to the extent that the Parties possess the requisite network architecture to support the Interconnection.
Type 2B Interconnection. Type-2B involves Trunk side connection to a MATC End Office Switch. Type-2B facilities provide the capability to access only subscribers served by that End Office Switch, any MATC remote subtending that End Office Switch, or the MSC, as applicable. A two-way Trunk group shall be provisioned between the MATC Oxford, Wisconsin End Office Switch and ALLTEL with the Point of Interconnection designated, as provided in Appendix A Section I. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this Trunk group are billed to ALLTEL, pursuant to Section 5.2 and Appendix A of this Agreement.
Type 2B Interconnection is a connection between a BellSouth end office and the CMRS Company's point of interconnection and only provides access from/to NXX codes homed in that end office. Type 2B Interconnection is provided in conjunction with Type 2A Interconnection. Type 2B Interconnection is technically defined in Telcordia Technical Reference GR-145-CORE, Issue 2 May 1998, as in effect from time to time (or any successor thereto).
Type 2B Interconnection. A Type 2B Interconnection is a trunk-side connection to an ALLTEL End Office that uses either MF or SS7 signaling and supervision. A Type 2B Interconnection only provides access to the valid ALLTEL NXX codes served by End Offices and Remote Switches subtending that ALLTEL End Office and cannot be used to reach EAS points, Operator Services, Directory Assistance, 911/E911, or to carry 800 or 900 traffic. This interconnection type requires that the Carrier establish its own dedicated NXX. Traffic originated by a telecommunications carrier, not subject to this Agreement, delivered to one of the Parties, regardless of whether such traffic is delivered through the Party’s end user customer, is not considered to be originating on that Party’s network and may not be routed on this type 2B direct interconnection
Type 2B Interconnection. A Type 2B Interconnection is a trunk-side connection to a Sprint End Office that uses either MF or SS7 signaling and supervision. A Type 2B Interconnection only provides access to the valid NXX codes served by that End Office and Remote Switches subtending that End Office and cannot be used to reach Operator Services, 91 l/E911, or to carry 800 or 900 traffic.
Type 2B Interconnection. Type-2B involves Trunk side connection to a CCCI end office. Type-2B facilities provide the capability to access only subscribers served by that end office or the MSC, as applicable.
Type 2B Interconnection. A Type 2B Interconnection is a trunk-side connection to a Sprint End Office that uses either MF or SS7 signaling and supervision. SS7 will be used when available. A Type 2B Interconnection only provides access to the valid Sprint NXX codes served by that End Office and Remote Switches subtending that End Office and cannot be used to reach EAS points, Operator Services, 911/E911, or to carry 800 or 900 traffic.
Type-2B Interconnection involves Trunk side connection to a CITIZENS End Office Switch. Type-2B facilities provide the capability to access only CITIZENS subscribers served by that End Office Switch, and any CITIZENS remote subtending that End Office Switch, as defined in Appendix C. Two-way Trunk groups may be provisioned between the CITIZENS End Office Switch, and the CENTURYLINK switch, head end or other similar facility for the exchange of traffic between the Parties networks. The Point of Interconnection shall be as provided in Appendix A Section I.
Type 2B Interconnection. Type-2B Interconnection involves Trunk side connection to the RGTC Blue River End Office Switch. Type-2B facilities provide the capability to access only RGTC subscribers served by that End Office Switch, and any RGTC remote subtending that End Office Switch, as defined in Appendix C. Two-way Trunk groups may be provisioned between the RGTC End Office Switch in Blue River, Wisconsin, and the MEDIACOM switch, head end and or other similar facilities for the exchange of traffic between the Parties networks. The Point of Interconnection shall be as provided in Appendix A Section I.
