Common use of Type of Facility Clause in Contracts

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: (i) an overdraft facility; (ii) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; (iii) a term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Parent with an Ancillary Lender.

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: (i) an overdraft facility; (ii) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; (iii) a short term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Foreign Borrower Representative with an Ancillary Lender.

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; or (iiic) a term bilateral loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: (i) of an overdraft facility; (ii) , a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; (iii) , a term loan facility; (iv) credit order, a derivatives facility; (v) facility or a foreign exchange facility; facility or (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection conjunction with the business of the Group or any member thereof Credit Parties and which is agreed by the Parent Borrower Representative with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be made available by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Obligors’ Agent with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: of any of the following (or any combination of the following): (i) an overdraft overdraft, cheque clearing, automatic payment or other current account facility; (ii) a guarantee, bonding, bonding or documentary or stand-stand by letter of credit facility; (iii) a short term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or and (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary as may be required or useful desirable in connection with the business of the Restricted Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with an Parent and the relevant Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-stand by letter of credit facility; ; (iii) a term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vic) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed to by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility or a Fronted Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft or other current account facility; or (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed to by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender or a Fronting Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives derivative facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed to by the Borrower Representative Obligors’ Agent with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be made available by way of: of (iincluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any combination of the following): (a) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with an Ancillary Lender.Umbrella Facility;

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; (c) money market advances; (d) local lending facilities; or (iii) a term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vie) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender.,

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: of any of the following (ior any combination of the following): (a) an overdraft overdraft, cheque clearing, credit card, automatic payment or other current account facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, bonding or documentary or stand-stand by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or and (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary as may be required or useful desirable in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with an Obligors’ Agent and the relevant Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: (ia) an overdraft facility; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; (iii) a term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vic) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary accommodation, (other than short term loan facilities or useful foreign exchange facilities), required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender.

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short-term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) credit card facilities; (f) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vig) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Parent with an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a BACS facility; (f) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vig) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Restricted Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with Company and an Ancillary Lender.

Type of Facility. An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (i) an overdraft facility; ; (ii) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iii) a short term loan facility; ; (iv) a derivatives facility; ; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vi) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Company with an Ancillary Lender.

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: (i: a) an overdraft facility; facility (iiincluding any Multi-account Overdraft Facility) or any other current account facilities; b) a guarantee, bonding, bonding or documentary or stand-by standby letter of credit facilityfacilities; c) international or domestic cash pooling facilities; d) ordinary, bilateral local loan facilities; (iii) a term loan facility; (iv) a derivatives facility; (v) a foreign exchange facility; or (vior e) any such other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative with an Agent and the relevant Ancillary Lender.

An Ancillary Facility may be by way of: : (ia) an overdraft overdraft, current account or similar facility; ; (iib) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; ; (iiic) a short term loan facility; ; (ivd) a derivatives facility; ; (ve) a foreign exchange facility; or or (vif) any other facility or accommodation reasonably necessary or useful required in connection with the business of the Group or any member thereof and which is agreed by the Borrower Representative Parent with an Ancillary Lender.
