Morning Customers • They purchase a sandwich most days, between 7.30am and 11am. • Most are prepared to pay between £1.50 and £2.00 for a sandwich. • Around 75% of customers are expected to also purchase a coffee. Afternoon Customers • They purchase a sandwich most days, between 11am and 3pm. • Most are prepared to pay between £2.00 and £2.50 for a sandwich. • Around 75% will buy a soft drink and some crisps. • 25% of customers are expected to purchase a coffee instead of a soft drink.
