Types of Facilities. The Borrowers may by written notice by the Borrower Representative to the Administrative Agent elect to request (i) prior to the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date, an increase to the existing Revolving Credit Commitments (any such increase, the “Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments”) and/or (ii) the establishment of one or more new term loan commitments (the “Incremental Term Loan Commitments”, together with the Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments, each an “Incremental Facility” and collectively, the “Incremental Facilities”); provided:
