TÅÎCHÔ RATIFICATION VOTE. 4.8.1 The Eligibility Committee shall establish rules, consistent with these provisions, for the conduct of the ratification vote, including the establishment of polling stations. These rules may provide for advance voting by means other than voting at polling stations.
