Common use of UBC Food Services Clause in Contracts

UBC Food Services. Students who reside in Similkameen Place, Valhalla, Kalamalka, Xxxxxx, Cassiar, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, or Nechako residence are required to purchase a residence meal plan, each of which are referred to in this Contract as a “Residence Meal Plan.” The Food Services section of this Contract outlines the cost and payment schedule for Residence Meal Plan, and rules of conduct in the dining rooms.
