Seller’s true legal name as registered in the sole jurisdiction in which it is organized, the jurisdiction of such organization and the location of its chief executive office and principal place of business are specified in Schedule 6.1(m), its federal employer identification number, if any, specified in the Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 provided to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.1 and the offices where Seller keeps all its Records are located at the addresses specified in Schedule 6.1(m) (or at such other locations, notified to Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 7.1(f)), in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 8.5 has been taken and completed. Except as described in Schedule 6.1(m), Seller has no, and has never had any, trade names, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names and Seller has never changed the location of its chief executive office or its true legal name, identity or corporate structure. Seller is organized only in a single jurisdiction.
