The Originator’s true legal name as registered in the sole jurisdiction in which it is organized, the jurisdiction of such organization, its organizational identification number, if any, as designated by the jurisdiction of its organization, its federal employer identification number, if any, and the location of its chief executive office and principal place of business are specified in Annex 1 and the offices where the Originator keeps all its Records are specified in Annex 1 (or at such other locations, notified to Administrative Agent and Buyer in accordance with Section 7.01(l) or 8.01(f) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement), in jurisdictions where all actions required under Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement has been taken and completed.
