UCC Filing. Mortgagor, upon Agent’s written request, shall promptly cause this Mortgage and any required financing statements to be recorded and re-recorded, registered and re-registered, filed and re-filed at such times and places as may be required by law or reasonably deemed advisable by Agent to create, preserve or protect the priority hereof and of any lien created hereby upon the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof; and Mortgagor shall from time to time do and cause to be done all such things as may be required by Agent, or required by law, including all things which may from time to time be necessary under the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of [ ] to fully create, preserve and protect the priority hereof and of any lien created hereby upon said property.
