Common use of UCC Search Report Clause in Contracts

UCC Search Report. as promptly as practicable (depending on the jurisdiction) after the date of filing of any UCC financing statements pursuant to this Agreement, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement and listing all other effective financing statements that name such Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to Administrative Agent by or on behalf of Borrower or such Loan Party;

UCC Search Report. as promptly as practicable (depending on the jurisdiction) after the date of filing delivery to Administrative Agent of any UCC financing statements statement delivered by any Loan Party pursuant to this Agreementsubsection 3.12 or 5.8A, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement statements and listing all other effective financing statements that name such Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to Administrative Agent by or on behalf of Borrower Company or such Loan Party;; and

UCC Search Report. as As promptly as practicable (depending on the jurisdiction) after the date of filing delivery to the Administrative Agent of any UCC financing statements statement delivered by any future Subsidiary pursuant to this Agreementsubsection 5.11, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement statements and listing all other effective financing statements that name such Loan Party Subsidiary as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to the Administrative Agent by or on behalf of Borrower or such Loan PartySubsidiary;

UCC Search Report. as promptly as practicable (depending on the jurisdiction) after the date of filing delivery to Agent of any UCC financing statements statement executed by any Loan Party pursuant to this Agreementsubsection 4.1E or 6.8A, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement statements and listing all other effective financing statements in that jurisdiction that name such Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to Administrative Agent by or on behalf of any Borrower or such Loan Party;

UCC Search Report. as As promptly as practicable (depending on the jurisdiction) after the date of filing delivery to the Administrative Agent of any UCC financing statements statement executed by either Borrower pursuant to this Agreementsection 5.15, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement and listing all other effective financing statements that name such Loan Party Borrower as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to Administrative Agent by or on behalf of Borrower or such Loan PartyBorrower;

UCC Search Report. as promptly as practicable (depending on the jurisdiction) after the date of filing delivery to Agent of any UCC financing statements statement executed by any Loan Party pursuant to this AgreementSECTION 3.1 or 2.7, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement and listing all other effective financing statements that name such Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to Administrative Agent by or on behalf of Borrower or such Loan Party;
