UCC Search Results. The Agent shall have received from each of the Borrower and the other Transaction Parties the results of UCC searches in jurisdictions certified by the Borrower as constituting the locations of all offices and locations, including the chief executive office, of the Borrower and each of the other Transaction Parties and in such other jurisdictions as the Agent may request, indicating no liens other than Permitted Liens and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
